Wet N Wild Megalast Lipstick in Pink Suga

Whenever I heard Wet N Wild, I always thought of their Megalast lipsticks which have been talked about all over. I don't know whats with these lipsticks from their collections that made everyone almost collect all the shades.

Well, to be honest. I don't have have any Wet N Wild products except with these Megalast Lipsticks (Pink Suga and Doll House Pink) which were sent to me by my generous sponsor Lipstick ALL U CAN. (Thank you so much!) It's not that I found their products cheap or may not meet my satisfied me. I don't know why but  I was never interested to try their lipstick until this Megalast Lipstick collection  came out. I first heard this collection from different youtube gurus. And because of my curiosity, I searched different reviews of these lipsticks. I read different reviews from different bloggers but with the same conclusions. And I thought of trying it out. I'm glad it came up with a several shades. And I know it's worth a try. Let us know why.

Wet N Wild Megalast Lipstick -Pink Suga

Wet N Wild Megalast Lipstick in Pink Suga: A  flesh shade which leave semi matte effect once applied on your lips but it turned to a little but creamy after a few hours. This shade perfectly suits those with lighter skin tone or fair skin.

While I was reading different reviews with Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks, I noticed that the thoughts about the packaging were almost the same. The packaging is pretty poor. The cap is difficult to remove which can cause the exposed product of the lipstick to smear on the cap. The cap and as well as the tube are both sturdy. Wet N Wild Megalast Lipstick's packaging is almost the same with L.A girl lipstick (read my review here).

I found this kinda difficult to apply. It doesn't glides on my lips. It tugs on my lips and it tends to feathered out on my lips and leaves a whitish color on my outer lips. It also makes my lip lines visible. And I noticed that after a few hours of wearing this lipstick, the color of the lipstick on the sides of my lips tends to disappear. The only good thing with this is that it doesn't have any shimmers. And also, it doesn't make my lips so dry and chappy.

What I love with Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks are their great pigmentation. It's  pigmentation is quite impressive. Though this color is not perfect for me, the color pay off is great. This is a cooler shade which looks best to those with fair or lighter skin tones. I don't think this suits to a morena/tanned or with medium skin tones. Pink Suga is too light but wearable and great for everyday wear. If you have a fair skin, this color suits you best. . I had a darker skin tone and this color is too light for me.

PRODUCT: 4.5/5

I now know why it was the most talked about today. It is so affordable and you can get a great quality in this Wet N Wild Lipstick. Wet N Wild Mega last lipsticks are only $1.99 . It has a wide variety of colors. From an everyday way shade into a super bold lipstick color that will add up some spice on your simple outfit. And yes, this lipstick stays on my lips for about four hours. However, I don't like its expensive prize here in Philippines. The prize here in Philippines is x2 of it's actual prize.

Maybe. Despite of its poor consistency, still this lipstick is worth a penny. Although Pink Suga tugs and bleed outside my lips, its color pay off is impressive! I want to try the other shade that will really suits with my medium skin tone. Can you suggest one?

  1. for darker skin, you should try something like a pink mauve color. it's like a dark earthy pink color. It helps adding color to your face but not too much because it will look very natural. ;)

    1. Thanks! :) I will try that shade. :) I want a very wearable color. Will definitely try that out! :)

  2. I am loving Wet&Wild Lipsticks now <3 everyone almost raving about them in blogsphere... I cant wait to try them and by looking and reading reviews I know Im gonna love them <3 Thanks for sharing Jan <3

  3. I am a morena, too. I tried the Nude shade and it is very wearable both on daytime and night time. I will post a review soon on that Megalast Nudelipstick. Nice review Mitch.
